If Crusaders lose they will likely lose home advantage for final (if they get that far)

Unless they're backing one of the other NZ teams to knock over the Lions. In which case, they still get a home final... not sure if that's "likely" or not.
But yeah - it could be argued, but I doubt either team is really going to throw a game and lose momentum.

I wouldn't bet against any of our NZ playoff teams
