Hard to remember a more dominant 40 minutes of rugby.

    Well done the Blues.

    'Tahs are crapola.

I can't have SBW as a lock for ABs 12. No passing game other than the offload and prone to turn the ball over in tackle.

Missed a few tackles too, clearly not fully up to speed yet. Let's see what he's like in a month.

Great sign at the end there with Blues forwards not wanting to stop.

@Rancid-Schnitzel yea comfortable enough to go to bed.

If I wake up to read about a Tahds comeback win I'll be bloody dark!

Surely the Blues (not Auckland you muppet, Kearns) can also put a decent 2nd half together?

Everytime the Waratahs had the ball they kicked it away - and terribly, too. Blues looking good.

Blues have played ok, but really it's more that the Tahs have been dreadful.

@Bones yea but I didn't see his knees anywhere near the ground until well after a maul should have been called.

The best ref in super rugby did...

That was one of the best 40 minute performances from the Blues in the past five years. They were splendid and completely controlled the game.

@Tordah It was a crime when that Waratahs wing kicked it away from great counter attacking ball when they were 19 - 0 down.

Both really. They give us a sniff and we've been good enough to take advantage. Scrum and lineout have been good too. And Francis is making good decisions at ten.

We are putting pressure on, and yes, they are crumbling.

The key for us is to continue like this. We've had very few full 80 performances.

@Tim plus the 12 gaffing it out on the full after Foley decided to run instead of kicking...

@Tim Agreed. Kick was bad, but the real issue was that he wanted to kick it in the fist place.

Lack of rugby IQ. All too common from the Aussies at the moment.

@Damo Yeah gotta agree there. Our support play is still too slow tbh. That was rubbish from the Tahs, I expect them to come back stronger in the 2nd half.

Game plan must be to play territory in the rain, but it's pretty robotic to stick to when you finally get a mismatch and are getting pumped.

@Gunner Think that one knee hit the ground early, then he bounced up.

does Collins not know that you are not allowed to kick the ball out on the full outside of the 22?
