Trump is the most on record anti-woman president pretty much ever, confessed to sexual assault
He literally on tape saying he grabs women by the pussy. That's sexual assault. To test, try grabbing a woman by the pussy. There's also the, uh, rape thing re Ivanka... I didn't even bother with the strolling into Miss Teen Americas dressing rooms...
Arf! Its like Kellyanne is right here! Nothing to do with who he owes money to & where his money comes from...or a promise made during the election to release them.
Its because the press would harp on about them distracting from the greatness of America thing.
There are multiple things you can call out Trump for, but claiming he confessed to sexual assault is absolutely ridiculous.

Oh FFS get a grip. There was no sexual assault and the rest are just bullshit and smear. Are those your alternate facts?

Trump got a lot of women votes, to claim in any way or shape that those marchers represent all women is a nonsense. Those marchers represent salty Clinton voters with waaay to much time on their hands and nothing more.
Just a bunch of sore losers with vaginas having a huge moan over nothing.
-
@No-Quarter I hear what you say and kind of take your point, but I guess that we just have different views in this.
No big deal, that's allowed

Can we have a "Like but not for the right reasons" button?

Hey if you want to get excited about a whole bunch of sore loser Clinton supporters wandering about with vaginas on their heads, no problem.

that's what makes me laugh about all these protests, how many of them either didn't vote or still voted for Trump...only thing worse than their seemingly pointless march, is those in other countries protesting too.
Trump has clearly shown he gives less than a f@ck about what anyone thinks, all this was known to voters prior to the election, do they think it will make one bit of difference after?
I appreciate some of those protesting are there for the sexist and derogatory remarks, but at the end of the day, they are marching against Trump.

That woman is a piece of work eh. It beggars belief that people can take the time out of their day, dress up as a vagina, and go on a big march where they repeat everything some idiot says on a megaphone, without having any idea about who is organising the march and what that persons views on woman's rights are. She doesn't care about woman's rights, she's just anti-America. She can get fucked.

Its a show of strength to congress as much as anything.
Trump is the most on record anti-woman president pretty much ever, confessed to sexual assault, accused of raping ex wife, wants to defund the no.1 source of womens healthcare in America, wants to stop safe available abortion etc. Nothing in that march will change that, but when it comes to pushing it through congress they will vote less with whats right or their core beliefs, more with what keeps their seat.
Its a play straight out of the Tea Party, who protested Obama a lot - especially on healthcare & tax reform. The TP vocally went to town over Obamacare WAY before most GOP congressmen, those who got on board were fine, those that didn't got thrown out by TP candidates.
If you put aside the silly claims of sexual assault and rape, defunding planned parenthood and stopping abortion aren't necessarily "anti-woman" stances. There are millions of woman in America that are completely on board with both of those. I get that you have your own stance on those issues, and that you are certain in your moral superiority, but calling anyone that disagrees with you "sexist" or any other stupid name does not help the debate one bit.
For what it's worth I think planned parenthood/abortion clinics are an absolute necessity in any country. But if you want to have that debate with people that are against it, you need to put your moral superiority and your petty name calling aside. It's that bullshit attitude that leads to the division and resentment we are seeing today.

@Rancid-Schnitzel No, I'm not joking mate. I concede that if you were trying to convict him of committing a sexual assault based on him admitting such, then the evidence would be far too flimsy. But if you think that what he said is anything other than an admission of committing those acts then I would have to say, please believe what you want to believe. And I will do the same.
So the evidence would be far too flimsy, but that's still enough for you to claim he's definitely admitted to sexual assault? Have you even listened to the audio and considered the context? Clearly not.

No, I just like to think that I possess the intellect and integrity to recognise and admit when I'm wrong.

Kind of wonder how the TPPA stance sits with the veggo lefties ...
Yes I'm anti Trump, preferred Hillary, hate his petty childish attitude, but I find this particular situation highly amusing. Well if it wasn't for the loss of an agreement that was beneficial to us either side of the Ta$man.
And just to clarify further the protests against a democratically elected President - as much as I dislike him and think he could be farking dangerous- is some Third World shit and more abhorrent than Trump and his circus.
Also tend to think that he's "misunderestimating" the US influence on the wprld nowadays and as noted above China may have expanded into that position. Unless he can make America great again.

Him withdrawing from the TPPA sucks donkey balls. Fuck you Hilary.

I'm all against the crazy-let's-bring-in-sharia-law ridiculousness, and the bullshit of targeting his family. Such idiots need to be called out and labelled as the shit-heads they clearly are.
However, I think it's fair for women and men (some of whom are republicans) to voice their protest* against policies that Trump has proposed, and even started implementing. For example, people may have been marching to protest Trump instituting the gag rule again, which he apparently signed by executive order yesterday. That's a policy that ties US funding to no support whatsoever of abortion (and it was already protected by the Helmesly provision so that no money could be used for abortion).
- And the march seems to have influenced a number of my friends into joining volunteer groups, get-out-the-vote groups etc. so it may be a tea-party style way of going about building momentum on the left. I'm doubtful though.
