We were working alongside one of the big boys (starts with K) on a project for a major insurer. My business partner decided to have a bit of fun and started dropping a made-up word - "gravitorsional" - into business discussions. He bet me they would be too proud to ask what it meant and would start using it themselves.

I lost and they did.
