Soo all going well, feeling like a screwed out washcloth, but did our 'goody' shopping for Saturday night Raro last night. FUN.

ON my agenda that night, in order...

Pump up goodies - Snickers bars (hazelnut and standard) and Moro gold bars (those party packs, 1 of each, and 4 twin packs of the Snickers also). Port. Giant Jelly beans. Rice wafers with honey and jam. Energy Chocolate.

Between morning judging and afternoon show. HPLC bars and no doubt a few wafers and perhaps some veg. probably not the veg to be fair.

Pump up for night show - see above.

POST SHOW...

Packet of Toffee Pops (+ what is left of Ness's TimTams, her eyes always bigger than her belly - hehehehe)
Peanut M&Ms.
Honey roasted peanuts.
Caramel Chews.
Jelly jet planes.
Pineapple Lumps.
Chocolate Pretzels.
Huntly Palmers Cream Crackers.

Mmmmm, it's these things that keep you going at the moment - me anyway -
good movement in weight meaning there was good movement else ware!!

this morning 81.8kg. BF 8.1%

getting hard, but it's what we do!

thank you kea, I am sure I'll manage to get through that food, and then some....

WE see our trainer on Friday, looking forward to it too, major progress in the last few weeks. -
this morning was TOUGH getting out of bed for the 5:50 alarm. But did, because that is what we do!

weight 82.1kg, BF%7.9. Not worried, that was pre alpine.

Worked out this morning as we were struggling along on our walk that we are walking about 40 kilometres a week at the moment, no wonder I am so bloody tired!!
and classic - check out that link above - handsome couple in that photo eh!! -
8.726019418=495/((1.0324-0.19077*(1.57978359661681))+(0.15456*(2.25188145455252)))-450

so, if your neck is 38CM then your % fat would be 8.73, according to this anyway, using log10
http://www.calcoolate.com/

And if your neck were 25cm, your body fat would be -5.6%, ergo dead
36.5cm neck. and somwwhere hooroo, I'll track some fat bastard photos down for the punters enjoyment. I rmemeber Fiji for a mates wedding three or four years ago. was 105kg, and thought I was slim (although I was compared to playing days of 114kg)....

How things change - my chest is now smaller than my waist used to be! -
OK,think I have managed to add a couple of files.

Me and Deano (who weighed in at 80.3 for his Waikato comp a few weeks ago), from St Patricks Day 2007 (my wedding day), and the other from October 2008, at the top of the Wentworth valley in Whangamata. Must be a guy thing to pop out a double bicep pose when the camera points...
and coming out of the water in the Isands somwhere while on a cruise - 2007ish too... -
Gee, I would hardly call you fat there, just bigger! <img src='http://www.daimenhutchison.com/invision/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':)' />

The dude on the left of the middle photo looks like Al Murray -
weight 81.7kg, BF%7.7

New low on the weight, by 100g! Now just 1.2kg off competition weight, with dehydration to come. But by hell it is getting hard now - for both Ness and mine own self.

Times like this is when you think 'why'? -
lack of energy and just running on empty all the time. It also takes longer to do shit, your brain is not working right, would hate to be crunching numbers for a living right about now that's for sure!!

The willpower is no problem, or rather, little problem - we're that close to the goal that to fuck up now would be like training for a marathon, running the first 25 and a half miles, then deciding to stop.

Fortunately though, family business so whanau help lots, and Ness does not schedule mad days at her beauty therapy! -

Outstanding Bart. loving your work. Personally my favourite double gun pose was a few years ago right under the Hollywood sign in.....well um Hollywood. Considering I had just come through Hawaii and weighed an all time high 108 kg ( thanks to Burgers, Piss, Pizza, chips, Piss, Tacos and some more piss ) they didn't look their best but the thought was there. I'll try and find it.

That middle photo reminds me a bit of an old tune from yesteryear :-)......
ok, using your:

height 178.5
waist 75.5
neck 36.5
the formula gives
=495/(1.0324-0.19077*(1.591065)+0.15456*(2.251638))-450
= 9.66% fat

Not bad at all for accuracy, maybe slightly high.

I got 18.5%, way too fat really at the moment-would prefer around 12%, for which I will need a waist of 78cm-which is impossible now even if I suck in totally. Anyway, it's summer and too hot to really push myself.

Good luck, only a few days to go!
