anyone got a clip of the high shot on LJ

Wasn't a high shot, he was coming down. There was nothing there at all. I think he may of collided with another Chiefs player.

@ploughboy looked like a Cullen Grace hit direct to head. But he didn't milk it like Newell did so they played on.

It looked like Jacobson collided with the back of Grace's head from the angles they showed. Reports have mentioned a broken nose, which looked likely when the camera cut to Luke on the bench.

It was a head on head and then a shoulder on head. Could make the case it wasn't foul play and there was nothing the Crusaders players could have done better but incidents like that have certainly been ou pushed more severely in other matches.

Simon Parker was excellent. His pass to Tupaea was sublime. And his cleaning in the rucks allowed quick ball. Very good ball carrying too.

    Head down, arse up.

    Worked his conkers off.

Saders get a bye and two home games against the Reds and Force. If we can't win at least one, Penney goes.

Bet he doesn't, even if the Saders lose both. NZ don't get rid of coaches mid season all that often.

Vaa'i has made me eat my words. Never rated him and couldn't understand what he did to warrant his selection in the ABs over the years, but he started looking really good in black last year and appears to have added a physical edge to his game this year that he didn't have previously. Looks like he's put on some size as well.

Bugger me! I'm on the Chiefs train. They are great to watch. Seems to have added a bit of starch to their forward pack this year. MacMillian continues to impress as a coach.
Great to see NZ has finally a tactical kicker who can control the game. DMac continuing on from his performances last year and against the Irish. There is no way the AB selectors could ...... shittings......

    Jacomb is fucking average AF

All he had to do was stay on Grace to cover the pass.

I had a good view of that try. I'm not sure why Narawa was always defending so narrow.

And hopefully Lord gets a decent injury free run to show what he can do.

Whoever is in charge of coaching our lineout needs to go.

Jono Gibbes this year. Some of the lineouts went spectacularly wrong.

Let's just keep it simple as there is plenty of height in the lineout.

Noticeable that some Crusaders weren't retreating. Must be tired.

Our reserve front row have been exposed.

The scrum has been one of the most pleasing things so far irrespective of who is playing. Credit to Dewes.

Funny, last years U20's lineout was shambolic.

But improved from the previous year. Andrew Smith was very good on NZ's and the opposition's throw.

Bason is like Slater as a lineout thrower - you never know what you will get.
