Right now I'm going to lay in to Gatland.
Obviously hasn't learned a fucking thing from last Sunday.
Got caught with his pants down selecting a 6-2 bench against Fiji with a scrum half and outside half as the replacements. Costelow (outside half) ended up on the wing because we didn't have any wing cover.
Gone with a 5-3 bench this week with a scrum half, outside half and inside centre as the replacements.
Still no wing cover despite already having two outside halves in the starting XV - Anscombe and B Thomas - and Murray on the wing who has played outside half in NZ.
If one of our wingers goes down we're fucked again.
Costelow needs to be jettisoned and either Hathaway or Dyer should have been on the bench.
No idea why Tomos Williams is watching from the stands.
EDIT
Shoulder injury

@Bovidae This is from an article on WalesOnline (I'll just give the Gatland-quote because the website is genuinely unreadable):
"I'm sure he'll be really disappointed. We see him as an outstanding player for the future."
"Probably for him [Plumtree], the message is we know he's going to be good. There were probably a few errors around his game last week that need to be tidied up. And Jim Botham gets that opportunity. He's trained exceptionally well and we think that's the right mix for this weekend."
So he's been dropped.

Wow that is crazy low cap total for a 23
That’s what happens when the cupboard is bare combined with the remnants of Gatland’s law

Can you people not just use numerical order? Jesus wept...
You people? As in the ones who invented the game?

And adopted the Arabic numerical system but refuse to use it to this day.

Is Plumtree dropped or also injured?
Plumtree and winger Rio Dyer have according to Gats been left out "to give them a kick in the backside".
Shame we can't do the same thing with the coaching team.
Must admit I'm not liking the fact that Australia really fronted up physically against the English pack & now bring in bloody Will Skelton against Wales too !! That's not fair 😳😁

Wales by 50 in an emphatic display to end their ten game losing streak…..
Crumbs, even the Scots have never been that shite
10 losses on the bounce
Sometimes on the bounce of the ball
Argentina in WC QF - could and should have won
Scotland - lost by 1 point
England - lost by 2 points
Ireland - smashed 31-7
France - smashed 45-24
Italy - lost by 3 points. Own worst enemies
SA - smashed 41-13
Australia
Australia - could and should have won one of the tour matches
Fiji - had enough possession and territory to win last week. Own worst enemiesWe aren't but could easily be 6-4 instead of 0-10

Bit like the Chiefs' Super Rugby Aotearoa season under Gatland... Kept finding ways to lose.
