@bones Here’s the thing though, if I’m right, in 12 months I come swanning in here swinging my dick around like Johnny Fucking Holmes. If I’m wrong, who the fuck are any of you pricks anyway?

Why stop at a petition? Strongly worded letter to the TV Guide I reckon!

Must admit I'm getting a little wood watching so much pressure in the scrum that no one can hook the ball
-
I wish the Irish would hurry up and realise that they can't win. This "self belief" shit is getting old.

Had 10 of my closest jiu-jitsu friends around for beer and fights today. Top moments from UFC 226:
DC KOs Stipe. Fantastic. Feel great for the guy after all the bullshit with Jones and PEDs etc
Insta-promo with Brock Lesnar. DC calls out Lesnar, Lesnar pushes him, calls everyone a piece of shit. A lot of people hate the WWE style theatrics in MMA but I love the hype as long as it end in a real fight. DC set the scene for Lesnar and Lesnar knew what to do. So much fun.
Dan Hooker by KO. He’s a goddam ninja
Dan Hooker bitches out the UFC matchmakers “you’re getting these boys hurt, gimme someone on my level”
No one bothers to interview either fighter after Ngannou and Lewis. If you want to serve up that shit then just fuck right off.

I wrote a piece on the TMO Protocol on GAGR. Head over there and have a read.
Not much use heading over there. Match thread quickly locked. Didnt even last the weekend. Same as the World Cup Final thread. Hurriedly shut down after the loss. Nothing to talk about here. Never happened. I sense a recurring pattern.
Haha oh yes that was a goody wasn't it? Isn't there another forum where you can say what you like without threads getting closed or getting banned? Although being banned doesn't appear to be forever anymore, eh?

No robbery here, pretty clear win for Bisping

So Adesanya pretty much just picked Tavares into tiny pieces.
Looked much better than his last time out. Not exactly convinced that he has the knock out power to worry top ten guys but against a conventional striker who stands in front of him he looks the goods. A good wrestler will trouble him but that being said, his TD and clinch defence were very good in this one. Even showed a little bit of skill on the ground.
His ability to effectively set the pace is interesting and a little frustrating. I would have loved to see him light Tavares up when he had him hurt but he just dropped straight back into his rhthym. On the other hand he clearly new how he wanted the fight to progress so kudos for being able to keep to the plan.
Pretty damn impressive.

@duluth
That first knockdown was something else. Even after watching it a few times I’m strughling to process it. His counter landed almost as soon as the other guy even thought about the overhand right. -

He need to focus on becoming as accurate, consistent and disciplined as SBW or Nonu c. 2006.

Anyone who didn’t see what I saw last night is just a hater

Need to hold on to this margin. No doubt the Irish will claim they won the series if they get within 10
