Anyways back to topic. Coaching team has rotated the players well and most of the players has played less than what the Irish did.
I really don't think fatigue will play a part. The medical team would've pulled that player if they thought he was not fit to play.

For the G the closest is loch

@booboo the Afrikaans "G" doesnt exist in English. Neither does the R come to think of it.
Any chance of making some phonetic equivalent?

@G-Man really sad, he should be on the first plane home. Start RG Snyman and bring a real 6 (Escom or Brannas) on the bench. Sous can cover lock.
It is. I presume he will come back. I would start Klein. RG still not at his best form as of yet.

Eben's father has passed away last night. Waiting on a call from Eben if he is coming back or will be playing.

@G-Man it's in Auckland but not Eden park, precautionary.
Ah ok, dam would've been nice to have broken that AB record
-
Are they playing in Auckland? What's the AB's run now in Auckland?

SA perspective - pretty happy with that, we were a little better than what I was expecting. Two selections I was worried about, Esterhuizen and Van Staden, were a lot better than I was expecting.
We were far from clinical though and made errors at some key moments that kept the score closer than it could have been, but I'd put that down to rustiness.
Libbok but good, but maybe called for the ball a little too often in the first half, in the second he let the pack just go to work on the wallabies and they just didn't have any answers.
The only guys I thought that would be dissapointed with their games last night are Am and Reinach.
But the main story of this game was how bad the Aussies played. They looked second rate everywhere. Collectively shat the bed.
I get that people love Koriobete's energy, but he is going to cost his side big time. In this game he got away with two high tackles, diving on a player (with head contact) and a couple questionable wraps. He's a walking red card unless he changes his approach.
Am, his first test match since his injury, so understandable. Cobus had a decent game IMO. The player that stood out for me was Jean Klein. The Irish is going to kick themselves for letting him go.

@billy-webb correct.
The way Vermeulen is playing he stick around as long as he wants, but I think Roos is the clear successor at this point. Is he the finished article and will he be as good as peak Duane? No and hopefully - but I think is ready and can be fantastic player in his own right.
I don't like the Jasper Wiese selection - I am biased cause I don't like player debuting from overseas, but I haven't seen anything to suggest he is a long-term prospect, he is inaccurate and has bad discipline. It feels like a player where the coaches saw something that got them super hyped and now they continue to select him to justify his original selection.
Isn't Roos going overseas? Or is he sticking it out here?
Anyway, some lucky fan got Siya's boot's

@nta Keo is an Aussie.
He's a barking mad sexpest, first and foremost.

I have no idea where he was born or what he did prior to writing articles in a very pro-Bok way, but you can't claim he's anything but a South African.**
Wasn’t he the bok media relations officer under Viljoen and Straueli? Which is fairly fucking funny now that I stop to think about it.
That clown is amongst the last people on earth I’d want by my side if I was fronting the rabid English press after I’d knocked my own teammate out while leading the boks to a historic humilification at Twickenham.
Maybe that’s harsh. I mean, he smoothed that whole Staaldraad thing over. Completely. It’s hardly even a national embarrassment.
Yup he was. He is the head troll for Twitter rugby, it's a toss up between him and that other muppet up North.
On a side note, will QC be awarded an Aussie passport if he manages to get a win over the Boks?
If Russell Crowe can't get an Aussie passport for bonking Meg Ryan, funding a Koala Chlamydia ward and fighting lions I doubt Quade will for evading tackling.

@g-man pretty sure all rugby countries have their own Keo versions. Bit silly to generalize their rugby knowledge.
Yes everybody has their own version of Keo, but Keo is just that special one unfortunately.

Still think it's not going to be easy for the Boks. The Aussies will be coming out firing with the kitchen sink and baby. Would not be surprised with the score if it is within a converted try.
Boks scrum will need to be firing at full cylinders.
Wasn't the Bok scrum dominant against the Lions?
'Tis was, but not as dominated during the RWC final

@oompb 6-2 bench?
Edit: so don't expect too much razzle-dazzle
Damian Willemse covers 1st 5, 2nd 5 and fullback.
If one of their wingers go off Lukhanyo Am covers wing and Willemse comes on to 2nd 5 and de Allande moves to centre.
Kwagga can also cover a position or 2 in the backline if needs be.

@g-man One amusing memory from that day. During the game a guy in the eastern terraces started yelling and waving a 'Biko' protest flag among the crowd. The rugby supporters around him could have dragged him to the ground and kicked seven bells out of him but they did the opposite. They picked him up and passed him over their heads unharmed down to the Police at the front of the stand.
LoL. Would've love to have seen that.

The DMac haters on here would have a melt down with Naas sideways running.
That was his speciality, also the reason why he never gotten properly tackled.

@g-man and Moordt had many good days. One of the best ever imo. Scared me every time he ran onto a pass.
He was exceptional on that tour. Watched the games a few a times now and every time wondered how did he not score more?

Alan Hewson didn’t cover himself in glory for those first two.
Yeah I don't think anybody would cover himself in any day if a winger is having a good day at the office.
