Congratulations to the Saders, class team. To the Lions and especially to coach Akkers, thank you for bringing pride back to Johannesburg rugby. Johan Ackerman you are a class gentleman.
Not the end of the world, the sun is rising tomorrow again.
And now the Swys era starts. See you lot next year.
Wazzup bitches, long time no speak.
Ellis Park today with a bunch of snowflakes
Yip, apparently I was wrong, sold out signs are up.
Money talks and bullshit walks. Fourth time now that WorldRugby has kicked SARU in the balls. Wonder if they have the stamina to go for it in 2027? Or should they?
Question though is does any Southern Hemisphere nation have the capacity to increase on the so called £350 mil promised to WorldRugby by the frogs? I suspect WorldRugby is going to have to take a knock if they want to see the RWC in the Southern Hemisphere. So 3 RWC in the Nothern Hemisphere.
What irked me the most was that the CAR vote went to the Frogs, fucking useless pricks. Getting free boarding at SARU offices. Hope you get a fucking eviction notice, godam pricks.

@G-Man it's in Auckland but not Eden park, precautionary.
Ah ok, dam would've been nice to have broken that AB record

Is that Paarlbok’s twitter?
No, he is a local rugby writer, very knowledgeable on the technical side of the game and can analyse the game very good, so no, not Oom PB. But Oom PB is doing good btw.
Jesus, some memories flooding back....

they shoulda made k/o at 11.30am SA time to give us a more familiar viewing time.
Shurrup, I'm still sleeping then. 4pm suits me just fine thank you very much.
Tickets went on sale straight after the Lions v Canes game and there was a long queue to get them tickets. I don't suspect the full house signs will go up, but I reckon a respectable 50k supporters to pitch up.

@Stargazer Even not conceding the bonus point could conceivably be helpful.
I'm not holding my breath though!
Currently a point per minute
@crucial
Lucky man, never got to see them. I did manage to see Meatloaf at Wembley before Wembley had it's revamp in the 90's.

Pretty happy with the team, I would just have rather gone with Nkosi instead of Mapimpi and Mbonami for Brits or "The Angry Warthog" as Mbonami isn't an impact player. You either start with him or leave him out.
Who remembers the first Super Rugby 10 final? I was 16. English and Afrikaans commentating.
Loved how the crowd counts when Grant Fox takes his kick. So much memories that day.
Still think it's not going to be easy for the Boks. The Aussies will be coming out firing with the kitchen sink and baby. Would not be surprised with the score if it is within a converted try.
Boks scrum will need to be firing at full cylinders.
So the final tackles stat
Boks:
Made 169
Missed 14
Frogs
Made 58
Missed 16

Thanks for coming to Loftus. Unfortunately someone has to lose. Luckily it wasn't my team. Bulls are looking better this season.
Going to be there for the Lions game. Going to be a cracker.
Franco Mostert made 30 tackles and missed 2 the next person in line is Jan Serfontein with 15.
@taniwharugby Same, I always though he bragged about it.
