21 matches so far a team has scored 40+ points.

We have had a couple in the 70s and one in the 90s.

They do all this crazy shit to make sure an aussie and a south african team makes the finals but it just keeps making the NZ teams stronger. 4 wild card spots this year, all going to NZ teams + the Bulls.

The Crusaders have lost 1 game and are ranked 5th 9 points in front of the team above them on the ladder AND with a game in hand. In fact 4 teams below the Rebels have more points than them.

It truly is farcical this tournament. Can we just go back to everyone playing each other once? why not?

Nah, I don't really see the point coming up with various different degrees of punishments. It'd also be really weird for a player to get sent off for 20 minutes, come back on, play up to another half or so of rugby and then get a 1-2 week suspension straight after that. If it's bad enough to get suspended, they shouldn't be back on the field at all.

I think the current system is fine. As shit as they always are, let the judiciary decide exactly how bad the crime is.

Besides, that game wasn't ruined anyway. The Landers still should've won it but they played shit rugby and deserved to lose in the end.

If we are letting the judiciary decide then we should go back to how league handles it and juts put people on report. They never get sent off in league.

I prefer it that way.

The game wasnt ruined? Not sure what game you watched.. it ruins every single game. -
Red cards just completely ruin a game of rugby.

Time for an overhaul.

Yellow card 10 minutes in bin
Orange card 20 minutes in bin
Red Card sent off for entire match (only to be used for deliberately intending to injure a player through foul play i.e stamping on a head, king hitting someone, kicking someone on the ground etc.

Orange cards should come with a mandatory 1 or 2 week suspension. Red cards 4 weeks+ -

Why can't we just have a black flag with a nice fern on it....

Nothing wrong with Crotty.

Would be a fine selection at 12 for us next year. Nonu was a filler at 12 in 08' and look what happened there...
-
I am for the flag change. But no majority is going to pick one of these over our current flag.

How were the last 2 flags choosen? Referendum?

Feel free to continue with you pendatic replies though. -

Bad news for you then, as we have had 3 flags, and the current one is NOT the one we have had since our country was born.

Congratulations BSG on completely missing the point of my post, preferring to nitpick to try and make yourself look superior.

The current flag is the incumbent, no flag that was just designed yesterday which barely anyone can relate to and has zero meaning is going to replace it. -

pretty easy to criticise the process, but i dont see any better ideas on how it could have been done (to appease everyone...) being put forward...maybe you change the people selecting, but you will still draw the same criticisms of them from some corners.

The problem is with so many options and "new" designs people are going to be completely scattered around in what they want (if any at all).

The only way the flag would be changed is with something New Zealanders already relate to and that is a black flag with a fern on it. Thats it. I am not saying that should be the flag I am just saying that no johnny come lately design flag is going to ursurp the one we have had since our country was born.
-

The whole ordeal has been laughable. A shortlist of 40 of the most pathetic designs I have ever seen and then a top 4 of the most pathetic designs selected by a bunch of no hoper loser.

There is no way our flag will change to one of these piss weak ones.

I saw it tonight and really enjoyed it. Maybe I'm easy to please but it looked great story was good, the action was relentless and the Miller world rebooted well. It's no war and peace but it doesn't pretend to be

For me:

- Terrible dialogue

- Even worse acting

- Stunts were cool, but got boring and repetitive after 2 hours of the same thing

- Max wasnt even the main character, movie should have been called Furiosa: Fury Road

- Tom Hardy's "Australian Accent" :hang1:

And for a civilisation who values oil and water so much they sure do waste a lot of it! haha (This isn't a criticism just found it funny)
-

Anyone seen Mad Max?

Thought it was rubbish. Starting to think movie reviewers are getting paid off by the movie companies now just like what happened to video games.
-

Hey bar, best bet is to go down the local pro shop / range and hit a few different clubs and see what feels / works best for you.

With technology now they can measure all types of stuff that's not obvious with the eye and see exactly what clubs are right for you

Way ahead of ya, already got a place to go and get fitted. Just wondering if there were any clubs that were way in front of the competition right now.

I think that was a big reason I had issues with Irons I think they were the wrong size.

Excited to upgrade the technology of my clubs from 1999 to 2015!
-

REAL keen to get back into golf this summer.

Basically gave it up when I moved to Oz aged 16, was on single figure handicap and offered provincial coaching just before I left.

Whats the latest and greatest driver/irons/wedge/putter/balls gents? looking to do a good bit of research.

My driving was always big and my short game always very very good, but my iron play has always been gash. Hitting greens in regulation has always been an issue for me. Any genius iron players in here? need to pick your brain.
-

I have 2.30 left but no idea who is the player who scored 26 points against the Wallabies in 82 which ruined it for me.

-
In Melbourne unfortunately Bart, looks like she certainly knows what shes doing you both look the goods!

Fucking good work Bart,

Just out of curiousity where did you find your trainer? I can get to 10-12% but struggle to go lower, would love to have an eating/cardio/weights plan from an actual former bodybuilder (which I assume is what has happened?)

Where would I find someone like that and how much does it cost? also how long did it take you to get from 10% to 6%?

Show us the wheels! -
What if you want to put on weight?

I was down to 68 am now 73 and want to get to 80 before June. -

Cardio in the morning attacks the fat.

Weights in the evening allows you to eat a decent meal (lots of protein) before-hand. Gives you the energy to lift, but you aren't using the same muscles as a cross-trainer / bike in the morning.

So you can work out twice a day without muscle fatigue. 2 days on, 1 day off for weights.

Get into a routine and it's farking great. Gives you bags of energy all day. Better sleep as well.

Switch off the TV / playstation for a month and work out instead. Good investment in your body.
Sounds pretty good except the day you work out your legs probably take a break the next day probably dont want to be running or cycling. -
And don't forget! 5 different types of veg/fruit every day.
Maybe for a healthy lifestyle but not for losing weight. -
Braver man than I, it's taken me about five years to cut back my consumption by half!
I had a pyramid of 500 empty coke cans in the corner of my room one day. I drank it like crazy.

I always have a bottle of water in my hand now.
