2016-2017 World Sevens Series

Due to the kick-off times, I haven't been able to watch the Cup QF and SF, but the Black Ferns 7s have beaten Russia 24-0 and France 28-5, respectively. They will play hosts Canada - who have been equally dominant - in the Cup Final at 12.30pm. The finals are televised on Sky Sport 5/Pop-up 1 (channel 56).

The last tournament of the Women's World Sevens Series is held this weekend in Clermont, France.
This is the Black Ferns 7s team for the Clermont 7s; there's a very good chance that they bring home the silverware this weekend!

10.22pm: NZL v JapanSunday 25 June 2017
1.06am: NZL v Ireland
3.50am: NZL v USAOf course, not televised in NZ, because who would want to see a NZ team play that can actually win a tournament and a whole series? I expect there to be livestreams though.

After also winning their third game v USA (19-14) early this morning, the Black Ferns 7s will play the Cup Quarter Final against Fiji at 11:06pm tonight. If I've calculated it correctly, they are one point off winning the whole Series. So they need one more win.
