I expected a lot more from this guy.
“Tai’s made some great strides with the PIC Steelers since joining us at the start of last year”
Has he? He's recruited well but Counties fans should not be happy with the results
12 games and 3 wins (Southland, Manawatu & Taranaki)
He has a very good reputation. However as a first class head coach it seems unearned at the moment

@gt12 No NPC listed in their schedule, just RC.
Yep, looks like they have Super rugby, but that's it.
I don't see why the NZRU aren't providing a streaming service for NPC.
It's fucking annoying as I'd happily pay.

Like every year, the 2021 edition of the NPC is revealing a number of new talents.
Among these, I would name the Manawatu Turbos loose trio. Of course, they are not new on the scene but new as emerging talents. They are not strangers to the Turbos' good start of the campaign.
Tremain is in the same case. He is physical and is quick for a man of his size. He and TK Howden are athletic and could become All Blacks one day.
Kini Naholo is looking more and more like his elder brother. Fast and strong.
The BOP left wing looks promising too.
Cortez Ratima was excellent last Saturday. His passing looks quicker than Roe's. Another one for the future.
However, still no great find at THP which is a worry for NZ rugby. -
