Hearing there is a current Auckland NPC lock that has signed for Counties Manukau also Kieran Fonotia is playing club footy in the Manawatu so we may see him in a turbos jersey in 2021

Seems like the type of old man pick up the Canes would go for.

Can’t see it happening too often but a back row of Taulani, Papalii and Sotutu sounds pretty good to me.

@dice no idea about Gibson, Ioane's grand parents in Kaikohe...
Gibson would be a decent catch, as he might get time (if he doesnt break) whereas Ofa is there largely in name only, but is great for the marketing, development, off field stuff if he cant ever pull the jersey on.
BUt hey, am sure we all have links/ties to somewhere if we dig enough
