@taniwharugby I was there a few years ago when Northland put about 50 up against them in a fantastic afternoon game.

Great times,I really enjoy Okara as a rugby venue

1 of 3 places this could go...

Jack Goodhue has re-signed with Northland (and Crusaders and NZR) through 2023

@Bovidae What idiot wrote this β€œpreview” even taking away from my Wellington bias to have them as 4th favourite is absolute stupidity they have the vast majority of last years squad that made the final, so I fail to see how there suddenly been pushed down the pecking order.......rant over.

@muddyriver I beg to differ Auckland only finished 4th given their squad is nearly identical.

@shark they mean "Da Main McKenzie," meaning the main one as opposed to Marty. You're welcome for the Waikato translation.

I was impressed with the name " Hamilton Burr" . Which is probably a STD, but not difficult to have a guess at his nickname.

    Yep.

He also plays for Waikato, probably picked up some disease since moving there and is surely called the "tron".

Moving to a city with the same name as you is going to attract attention.
