6:08 but not really comparable because London had much more favourable conditions.

Congratulations to Bond and Murray on another Olympic Gold Medal. Unbeaten since 2009. Ruthless Kiwi champions.

So from this list we have got 1/2 predicted golds so far, 1/1 predicted silvers and 1 unexpected silver, and 0/1 bronze.

Looking at who is left in the 7s Semi Finals, I want our Bok cousins to win the Gold.

backing Fiji and someone to shoot Keith Quinn - he spends more time talking about everything other than the game -what players had for breakfast, who their grandfather is, what their uncles dog called

NZ must have the worst penalty ratio for/against in the tournament. Lots and lots of dumb play (I'm talking sevens of course, I don't give a shit about the Olympics)

A couple of dodgy calls against GBR in that first half but only down 5-0 at the break.

GBR hit back straight after HT and up 7-5. Norton showing a clean pair of heels to beat his defender.

GBR dangerous up the middle. Boks look good when they get it wide
