Have only played it once, at a time when I was the fittest in my life, physically hardest game I ever played. (I don't do endurance cycling or shit like that, as sport is supposed to be fun).<br><br>
Don't get any water polo hate. The pool is already built, and the medal won't be won twice by a Michael Phelps only shooting with his left hand, then 3 days later only with his right hand. -

<p>I haven't watched any water polo, but as I flicked through the channels I saw the pre-start of one game and they were playing national anthems. Why?</p>

<p>They don't play everyone's anthem at the start of the cycling road races.</p>

<p>I saw an interview with Martin Johnson and the big fella argued Darts is a "sport".....after all the "athletes" are on stage under hot lights etc and have to maintain the skill and discipline over a long time. Sure they'd keel over if they jogged up a flight of stairs but try getting a 1500 metre runner to land a 180.</p> -

<p>I've played beach cricket and bowled and fielded with a beer in hand, not batting though, I take that pretty seriously. By that logic should the BCs do the same against SA in the upcoming test series ?</p>

<p>It's all personal opinion though, there's heaps of sports that don't float my boat, Water Polo amongst them but like anything it still requires skill/fitness and all of that. Each to their own, I'm sure it has it's following.</p>

Not sure the logic behind the long restarts. Possession is vital.<br><br>
Goal kicking wasn't good enough.<br><br>
One mistake was so costly. Very harsh to blame the poor girl who made one bad split second decision. Watching her completely distraught at the end was pretty heartbreaking.<br><br>
We should be better. Is there a comp comparable to the women's NPC anywhere else in the world? I'd be looking very hard at the coaching team. -

I reckon there's a strong case for a sport you can play while drinking Olympics , beach cricket, darts snooker, arm wrestling and pool for a start.
