@jc yes, yes it was...I was pretty good in my hey day (U12 age group)
As you were then. We’re convinced that if it had been an Olympic sport back then you would have won. Here, have an honorary Gold medal.

Adults look fucking ridiculous on a BMX
The police should be taking a good look at them. BMX is for kids. Adults have MTBs.
Every time their legs go I'm thinking, fucking well change up a gear you Muppets

Peach was miles off the pace in BMX, but a huge crash in front of here, two went down, note not enough to go through they say. I wonder what the problem was, she was so far behind right from the start
Looked like she lost a foot before the first jump.
Apparently they use clips but MTB ones not roadie ones. That’s a lot of hard peddling on a clip not really designed for that use. -

@crucial ah I was wondering if they used clips.
They use MTB ones as they are built into the shoe and don’t stick out. If they used roadie ones it would be difficult to walk up the ramps

I'd rather struggled up the ramp than struggled on the course! I use Shimano SPDs for road and MTB, they stick out, so I'm trying Google what MTB clips are.

I assumed they mean the inset SPDs as opposed to those mounted completely outside the sole.

Yeah I think that's about it, from my Google.

@crucial I saw a thing with Venus' coach on TV, he was confident he should take the Bronze, reckoned they were good enough for gold, but just didnt happen.
Just didn't happen... playing against a guy who was once no. 3 in the world at singles and a former US Open champ might have something to do with it....

Yep. Croatia vs Croatia in the final.

@kiwimurph hey, I just went with what he said, I have no idea
