There’s a big tactical element in play seemingly. Twigg and her coach out thought the ROC (alleged) cheat by putting a much bigger first quarter gap on her than she expected then held that gap until she had no gas.
Canada did similar against everyone in the eight. Put your big effort in early then grind it out. -
