That was frustrating with those soft goals. I don't totally blame Woud for the 2nd goal but put your laces through it boy!
We really missed Reid in the 2nd half to marshall the defence, and NZ tired badly in the heat.
In the second goal the defender should have never put Woud in the situation he found himself in. We created enough chances to win. So disappointing
Yep. Needed that 3rd goal. The Wood free kick, a better cross from Ingham to Wood, etc.
I've never heard of the other 2 GKs in the squad.
Oli Sail is the excellent keeper for the Phoenix. Unfortunately he is 25 so they probably already had their allotment of senior players

Yeah so they couldn't take Sail as well right? Woud gets beaten near post (cardinal sin), has a big gaffe with his defender in the second, and couldn't get close to a seemingly soft deflection in the third. No one will be buying him beers at the village tonight

Considering she was fortunate to last through to win Wimbledon physically, I don't think anyone would have thought less of her if she chose to withdraw

I know I'm old, but Channel 7 has 4 FTA channels, and only 2 showing Laff-a-limpics.
Really don't feel the need to flick through an App.
Can't we go back to the model they had for 2012 in Lodnod where 7 took the pick of what they wanted, SBS showed the Euro centric sports (soccer, handball etc), and Fox had 8 channels of everything happening.

Have had Olyroos v Spain soccer on while checking backlog on the Fern.
Nil all at the half but if Oz get out if this they're a greater escape artist than Houdini.
Either that or Spain have absolutely no idea in what direction to kick the round thing ... hint: the rectangle shape with the ropey mesh bit hanging off it? It goes in there.
A most amazingly one sided nil all draw so far.

Wasn’t a great game, but Mills showed his class though.
Too many turnovers from Nigeria (and the Boomers also). Nigeria’s best player was kept quiet.
