Not much ball in the first half and even less in the second half.

A lot of self inflicted stuff... a very disorganised side apart from defence. Pressure must be building on McGrath/Bates

@Grooter Yeah - if we were going to win that one, I thought those four plus Sione Havili needed to have big games - I think Sione did as well.

Actually, pretty much everyone for Ta$man played well. Looked well drilled.

I've said a couple of times this year how well Willie Havili is playing - really has a nice left boot on him. A bit of a loss for NZ and the Crusaders in particular.

    Congrats @Chris-B

Perks of daylight savings resulting in a 3 hour time gap between NZ and east coast Aus means I didn't have to watch.

With the quality on paper Auckland were able to put out they should be able to put out a closer performance than that.

I don't know how you justify bringing back this coaching staff. They were poor last year and even worse this year

Will deservedly miss the playoffs too.

Fletcher Anderson is playing well enough to get a SR contract. Shalfoon too, if the Crusaders don't keep him.

@Bovidae Shalfoon looks a ready-made replacement for Gallagher.

Agree on Anderson - he's going really well.

Ryan Coxon, Sam Matenga, Louie Chapman and Jack Gray all worth looking at - among the guys I think are unsigned

@Bovidae Good that he's got a Super home.

He's not someone you'd want starting for your Super team, but he's been super gutsy for us this year - do a job off the bench if needed.

    Rugby's gone soft.

An outside back gets done for roughing up a prop.
