Looks like Allan copped a shoulder to the head from Dunshea as they both went into to support at a ruck. Entirely accidental.

If an All Black did what Dunshea did in a test would it have been a red card? I think we all know the answer is yes so why are we allowing players to get away with this in the NPC and Super Rugby? We are setting our players up for failure in international rugby by not following the NH standard on this.

I agree. I'm not making a case for Dunshea to not be carded, merely pointing out it wasn't a deliberate act of foul play.
The game is currently in a state of madness where the objective is to get lower than everyone else (unless you're South African). It looks like height in contact has been a major work-on in Razor's camps as we generally seem to be doing better in that regard.
