@george33 Rob Rush missed the cut with the Blues, has been offered an injury cover contract with the Chiefs but the latest i have heard he wants have a run at the NZ 7s team , is currently training with the Northland 7s squad .
Not entirely sure of the thought process behind that thinking -
@Steven-Harris Rob really never got the opportunity, not sure why , there have been few rumors, still the man is a great talent.
-
Would be classic if there was the same wires crossed last season when the rumour was out there that the Highlanders had signed a Tele’a.
Theres no news around Tanielu Tele’a re-signing with the Highlanders(yet), I sure hope it isn’t him…. Don’t think they’d make a post like that on social media for him though.

An article about Kyle Preston on Stuff today. If he has signed for the Crusaders he isn't letting on. Only "fingers crossed" for a SR contract.
Just like Laidlaw wasn't letting on if Perofeta had signed for the Canes in an article the other day, maybe they are obliged to keep things quiet until it's officially announced.

So is Perofeta in or out?

We’ll find out mate. Speculation is that he has signed. Same with Preston at the Crusaders.

@Bovidae A news email from the Blues on Oct 24 said this -
"We’ll have Super Rugby Aupiki draw and squad news coming out at the end of October before our Blues Men’s squad announcement in mid-November."- so maybe still 2 weeks away?
-
@Bovidae NZ Rugby does these Super Squad announcements so poorly , at least try and keep your sport front and centre of the sports news i am sure some of the big signings could have been put out there.
Its almost like we have media people from the 80s and 90s marketing the game . -
