The organisation of this season seems weird. We've just had a huge gap with no rugby, all I've had to watch was the Warriors returning to type, and now we have the RC and NPC starting at the same time.

I see that the Pacific Nations Cup runs from 23 Aug to 21 Sep, so that will also impact provinces that have Samoan, Tongan and Fijian reps.

I’m seeing a fair bit of it on sky sports and Facebook but that’s about it. Olympics and The All Blacks are taking the majority of the limelight on the sports news and websites etc I guess. Disappointing but with the timing I guess half expected.
