Fantastic that Nicholls had to be picked because of a double ton nine months ago.
We all knew this wasn't going to end well. Back to being shit and playing away.

Not many games, but yeah - they beat Zimbos in 2020 (which didn't count for WTC) and other than that it was the WI.
This is going to be an ugly loss.

A really poor batting performance in this innings Bangladesh scored 338 on this wkt 3rd innings the wkt has not changed in the last 2 days.
The mode of dismissals has been based on some very average technique.Boys need to get in the nets and work out some decent batting plans to combat the Spin bowlers.
Saqlain Mushtaq needs to earn his pay. -
French level resistance here

This is why Australia, England and India play amongst themselves.
Fancy losing to a country constantly submerged in floods.

I'm hoping Mitch Jr. can get a not out and advance up this averages table in a Harry Brook/Adam Voges kind of way.
He needs 2 runs to match Wally Hammond, 6 runs to go past Steve Smith and Everton Weekes, and 8 to beat Ken Barrington.
I’m glad you threw that in.
Voges had a funny old career. If I remember rightly he plundered a really bad Windies team at home which helped skyrocket the average to Bradman levels and then as it petered off to “only” around 60 odd they realised younger players were there waiting for a chance and he was dropped.
Mitchell has already got five not outs (including now ) in 27 innings to help boost the average. Brian Lara got just six in his entire career !
