Paul Kent, what a fluffybunny
After making a career out of verbally bashing players, most especially those that play the mental health card, Paul Kent has pulled.the mental health card.
Absolute vermin.
-
oof, we've got Penrith this weekend. And as if that wasn't hard enough, our team is fucked by injuries.
SJ has been all sorts of ordinary, but he's still been better than TMM. Which means SJ out, and TMM to halfback is, at best, concerning. Do we have another fit half? no, we do not, so CNK comes in to stand off. What could possibly go wrong.
The young headless chook gets to start at fullback. He's quicker than CNK, but that's really all you can say about the young fulla yet.The pack is okay, but that backline... eeesh.
-
Also, it's Magic Round! for all those that hate the idea of Super Round, watch this weekend and see what Super Round should aspire to be if rugby was a sport that people wanted to actually go to.
-
oh, and in the rest of the NRL soap opera:
Harry Grant had his fine overturned on appeal, which makes the ref and the bunker look like the complete fucking idiots they are. At this point, it has to be deliberate right? They are just making sure the NRL is in the news all week with this shit?
And David Fifita is no longer going to the Roosters, he's staying at the Titans.

Has CNK ever played 6? Even the pack looks dicey, our usual front rower in the second row, Tohu is a broken shell of himself, our star origin bound 9 seemingly read too many headlines about himself. Actually TBH our pack is essentially AFB, if he goes down we're fucked.
Ah, that old Warriors fan feeling is back. It's somewhat comforting.
-
i do not believe he ever has no. I actually expect a "late change"
-
warriors were hoping for a CHT late in, but if CNK plays 6 then that pretty much sums up where we are it
-
Fafita backflips the day after A Crichton gets angry with Roosters, probably double loss oh funny days

Who do you reckon will play 6? The young headless chook to swap, Walker, or the reserve grade half to come in ... checks the web for his name - Ben Farr apparently. https://www.warriors.kiwi/teams/nrl-premiership/warriors/ben-farr/
Edit: Forgot about CHT as an option until reading @bayimports post.
-
if CHT gets fit he'll go straight in, but how likely is that?

would absolutely love Crighton to now leave
-
@mariner4life Twat of the highest order. No doubt he'll be back on that gutter of a show 360 in no time though, doing what he does best the sad excuse for a human that he is.
-
@Nepia thought they might go the Walker route as well if CHT not available, so also surprised by this CNK move.
Obviously no faith in Farr to step up yet either lol
-
@mariner4life no idea Webster was bullish on Monday, but not listed at all come Tuesday..not even in extended squad, so I would say no chance
-
it's all happening. Bennett back to the Bunnies for 3 years.
A this rate he's going to be coaching in this NRL as one of those reserved heads from Futurama
-
Shock horror.
No doubt they'll line Sam Burgess to take over after that once his stint at Warrington ends.

Apparently SJ has been crocked for several weeks, he hasn't been fit enough to practice, no wonder he's not in good form

Big week off the pitch for the NRL, it must be "magic dust round"
Kent checks himself in for a mental health check, even more ironic since he has publicly lambasted players for doing so previously
Fafita does a DCE triple backflip
Wakeham arrested for drug dealing
Mystery rapist
Mystery team mate texting younger sibling of said team mateand not one game played yet!
