Kaipo Olsen-Baker Makes the Shift to Matatū | Matatū Rugby
Black Ferns and Hurricanes Poua number 8 Kaipo Olsen-Baker has made the move down south to join Matatū for the 2024 season. The hard-running 8 debuted for the Black Ferns in 2022 and will slot in to Matatū’s set up seamlessly as they look to defend their 2023 Aupiki title.

Matatū and recent Black Ferns XV prop Moomooga Ashley Palu has re-signed with Matatū for the 2024 season. Palu returns for her 3rd season representing the South Island’s team and continues to develop into one of the most exciting players in the New Zealand rugby scene.
