England with a ridiculously easy route to the semis going by this performance from Fiji.
Yeah, it’s a reward for being runners up at the last RWC, if we’d been bundled out in the QFs it would have been different. But I’m being insensitive…
Don't worry, I'm not the sensitive type.

Fiji 17 very lucky not to get reviewed for a cleanout around 62nd minute
Was one of many

A bit like neck rolls- I've only seen one penalised so far this tournament. They used to be all the rage

High pressure, shit or bust, RWC Pool play will often result in an error strewn game
But by Christ it was riveting right to the end

Fiji centre Tuisova's son died shortly before the game. https://www.planetrugby.com/news/josua-tuisova-told-seven-year-old-son-had-died-hours-before-georgia-game
devastating stuff. Unreal he still played.

Hugely sad. Am now on the Fiji bandwagon ... if we perchance don't advance. (I'm allowed to be selfish.)
Reminds me of the movie 'The Summer of '92', about the Danish soccer team at the '92 Euros (kinda fun touching moving movie).
The daughter of one of their players, Kim Vilfort, was dying of leukaemia during the tournament (true story), and he kept heading back to be with her, and the family kept sending him back to play (Denmark to Sweden not such a long way).
She apparently died shortly after the tournament.
Thoughts (and prayers) with Josua and family.
