Great to see Otago picking two specialist left wingers on the bench... Nareki has played nearly 80 FC games, all on the left wing. Asi has only ever played left wing at club level and for Otago B etc. DONNELLY MASTERCLASS INCOMING.

Koller has gone well but Harbour will be pleased to see Gatland back in the 23

Big games for Leo and Maka they could force their way into the top side. Both very good on attack, Leo's biggest issue in previous years has been his hands

Zero defence around the fringes of that ruck NH

Was that Koller that ran in front of attacker looking the other way?

Classy Stevenson. Beats a few from first receiver then throws a good long ball

    7-7

Maka looks sharp. Probably a better player than Cobb from what I’ve seen

classic example of why a dominant scrum can be super important, our coach says first name on the team sheet is the tight head prop...second name is the reserve tight head prop

How long before NH makes changes at prop? Probably need to get Mayhew back to LH

this lead is purely hanging on a dominant scrum, we havent actually played a lot of rugby, its all scrum penalty/tighthead...kick for territory and only look for phases inside their 22

in saying that...im getting what i wanted, loads more passion

If he has a dominant SR season in 2024 Holland can't be too far away from international honours.
