@Jailbreak7 He's like a highly drafted NFL player picked on his measurables that can't play. He's an athlete not a rugby player.

Gordon and McDermott have been better than Cooper and White.

@KiwiMurph Should be starting if Jones really wants to "go for it".

Fucking LOL at all this dead time chat about Australia and the world cup. Will be lucky to get out of their pool.

One thing Rennie did have was a decent record vs South Africa. His Wallaby teams troubled the Boks often.

Very Ugly. I hate games where there is total dominance from one side. I know people rate Eddie Jones but he has not done a lot with the teams he has coached lately.

Aussie were shite. If they keep playing like that they will struggle to get out of their World Cup group.

How has Quade only got 76 caps? Seems to have been around forever.
Boks mightily impressive at times today.
Aus will still smash Wales come RWC unfortunately. 🙄

Just catching up and watching the first half - goodness me the Saffa TV director is trying far too hard.

    0430 hours here.

Had to get up for a piss and saw the result. Not surprised.

Eddie isn't the saviour. His fascination with loig backs at the expense of actually developing rugby forward play is well noted from his last time at the helm.

Our systems haven't magically been rebuilt overnight to retrospectively make player development better, or even adequate.

We don't have the cattle because the game here is dying, there are too many cooks in the kitchen, and none of them can see how disastrously their selfish conduct hurts the rest of us at all levels of the game.

    Back to bed then.

    So glad we booted Rennie...

Haven't watched it yet, but I really thought the Aussies would have put up more fight than that....

Tell you who they could have used out there today: Harry Wilson. I think Eddie’s gonna kick some guys to the kerb after this but there’s no way a Rennie-coached team gets buried out there like that.

I watched it before ABs/Pumas, and thought it a bloody good test. Geez the Bokke were bloody superb, and Wallabies were never in it.

@game_film You sure about that? They did lose 48-17 to Argentina last year.

@African-Monkey Maybe, maybe not! Think that team was a bit more under strength. Hope Harry Wilson’s got his phone charged though.

    I can't understand why they play Valetini at 8. He's a 6.

Probably the form 6 of SR (if you count SB as a lock 🙂 )

    Just watched the highlights.
Is hooper the best 7 in Aussie still?
Quade Cooper lol - but the fact that he got a run probably speaks to the quality of Aussie 10s currently.
