I mean, its not like this is the Highlanders and they need a hometown ref to win. This is a guaranteed win for the Saders anyway.
fark off mate.. let it go .. if you actually watched the landers with any regularity you would know they get about two home calls a year... your constant whinging is tiresome .... I am picking the Brumbies, Tahs Reds rebels never get a home call in Straya either right?

Lets give him some credit, he almost made it to three pages before bringing up his double act of NZ refs and the competitiveness of Super rugby.
I'm liking the progression.

That wasn't "unselfish" play by Mo, that was dumb.
Improved angle for kick by about 10m. Is it an +EV play or a -EV play? Probably about neutral I reckon. Would depend on chances of a dropped ball versus the likelihood of the improved angle making the conversion more likely.
More to the point, my view is that players who do that sort of thing are clearly full of confidence and enjoying their rugby. That seems to be a feature of well coached teams. I am OK with letting players express themselves like this.

Oh that doesn't look flash for Grace....wrong part of the season to be injured in World cup year

@Stargazer don't recall it being mentioned ( but I have a noisy room of kids)

Guaranteed 5 vs slightly better chance for 2 ... Ah, well, it came off for him so it's a win.
If a Reiko/DMac had done certain corners of the Fern would melt down.

Whilst I don't disagree with what you are saying Damo - I tend to agree with Nepia.. its just unnecessary additional risk .. which seems to have creeped in to the NZ game in recent years.
