If only we had a better 10....

Usually a crucial ingredient to winning big games.

Tahs back in front with a penalty. Can they hold on?

Donaldson cocks it up for the Waratahs by kicking it out on the full.

Brumbies take advantage and Toole is in.

    Ffs Donaldson, you are average.

Tahs have a decent backline apart from Donaldson. What’s Foley doing these days?

Argh Tahs should have put them away. Some dumb rugby in that second half.

Tahs will be lucky to win another game with Donaldson on the field. Where is Will Harrison?

Wrapt to see Tamati Tua just making much better decisions that come with having consistent game time some nice little touches in and around passing and a great nudge to lay on a try for Ikitau stuff I have not seen in his game before

Outcome as predicted. Nawaqwheelbarrow with obligatory fuckup and shithouse tackling gifts Brumbies a try to bring them back in it at the back end. Donaldson playing like the grade player he is chokes and offers the Brumbies the opportunity they need and take at the death.

The most unsurprising aspect of this game was the bleating from the Brumbies fans about how Berry always fucks them.

The most surprising, and possibly satisfactory for Eddie, is how good the Tahs forwards played, never giving up.

And with Toole and Jorgensen, the Wallabies have got serious speed.

I watched the extended highlights this morning, was a fun game to watch in the shortened form, lots of nice rugby and close until the end.

    Jorgensen looks class.
