That first half by NZ was absolutely brilliant.
Collier and Molia were sensational.
Carter is an incredible 7s player.
What a pair of 7s finals.
How good.
The men's team looked to have huge potential last year - been realised.

@Victor-Meldrew Well done to get the double in Hong Kong it is one of the real glamour events of the Worlds Sevens Series, been going since 1976.

I can't believe we hadn't won since 2014. Great final
It’s been a bit of a graveyard for us.
That was an intense stuff for both finals. I love how both us and the Aussie women play. Tough relentless styles with speed.
Loved Ruby Tui in the commentators box. Added something real.
The men’s second half was crazy. Fiji hands are amazing. They seem to be able to pick up the uncatchable passes. But I loved our pressure and the fact that when Carter is in the play we always look threatening.
Between these games and the Warriors, my heart is shot.

She was great. Rikki Swannell was good too - easily the best of the commentators.
Haven't sat down and watched a 7's for some time and really enjoyed this one - some great tries, moments and pure drama.

Great to read that we did the double. Now I'll have to find a replay to watch!
Women's game was a cracker with the result in doubt to the end. Men had to hold out in defence after some quick first half scoring. Men were helped by Fiji having an extra time nail biter against GB (a really good game) which must have sapped them a little.

Is it just me or was the crowd lacking this year?
