Anyway, a really disappointing race. He gets one more go and then pin being pulled. Something has happened to that horse and we are in the dark on that. He was much better

Best day on the punt in years! 3 winners at Flemington including the cup. Couple in the locals. One at randwick.
Local bookie reckons skillful in the last at randwick

Well done!
Missed the first race but had winners on races 2, 3 and 4 which meant had some cash to put on Melbourne Cup that I otherwise wouldn't. Ended up with a bit on Qewy as an outsider and covered it with Hartnell for a place so only ended up marginally up on the main race.
Race 4 was a real cracker if anyone watched it. James McDonald just powered Demonstrate home from the rear of the field to win by about a length.
