Rough tips and other bets...

Looks as though Galaxy Miss (Tained by Danica Guy) will be nominated for Tauranga on Saturday. (True Love and I race 35% of him)

She has grown nicely and still looks the talent she was as a three year old. First run back but had an OK trial last week.

Barnaby (Trained by Jacob MacKay (We have 20%)) racing on the 30th at Matamata and if all goes well at his trial today, Hank Marvin (Trained by True-Love(We are going to race 100% of him)) may also start at Matamata on the 30th.

Trainers were banging down the door for Barnaby when Lance Noble decided to become a private trainer and his trials have looked outstanding. I think we will be having a bit of fun with him if all goes well. I will be tipping the win! :)

That's my updated "rough tip"
-
-
It was Hank Marvin at trials today. Barnaby has had two excellent trials before today. I'd tip Barnaby in a heartbeat. That is the 30th of March for those two.

For this weekend though a good bet would be Galaxy Miss for a place in to So It Goes if they aren't in the same race. Both running at Tauranga. -

Hank Marvin at yesterdays trials. Ran a tidy race and we were very happy with him.

He is the cool looking one in our colours. (Blue and White)
-

Galaxy Miss in race 8, and So It Goes in race 9. Galaxy Miss also accepted for race 9, but is third on the ballot so is unlikely to get a start.

-

I would expect a few of those to drop out in Race 9, Smudge due to the track.

Don't really want to be in the same race as So It Goes as True-Love has 25% of it still, I think.
-

what day?

-

Saturday at Tauranga

Got a ripping Draw for the Pearl Series race but it is Rating 85.... Only 8 horse feild but.

I would assume we will be entering that as we are pearl series registered
-

Just spoke to Danica and the R85 (Race is the preffered option. She will look at her track work tomorrow to be 100% sure.

-

yeah my TAB account is back to where I started, with 2 low paying Multi's still alive.

I'm the happiest camper. Sorry about So It Goes but he ran a blinder of a race considering he sat in the stalls.

That's Three wins from five for GM (paddock name of Kiss) -
Nice win and a good ride to get her up.

Video there on the video link.

Will she go on a good track? Most of her form is in winter it seems, that track yesterday didn’t really look like a Heavy 10?

Good luck with her, more wins ahead it seems as the second horse has some decent form and prizemoney. -
She was rating 67 in a rating 85 so she did very well. She likes it dead. Good is too hard for her. She'll be a nice spring horse by the looks. She needed 6 months to recover from a small back twinge. Completely over that.

Craig rode her beautifully.

Had a good night. Just caught up with rugby highlights this morning. -

While I'm hot.....

We have a first starter at Matamata tomorrow. Race 2. Barnaby. For me, he wins! His two trials have been outstanding (for second, hands and heels while first place is getting smacked to get the win)

I doubt he will be paying much and maybe even favourite but you take it when you can get it!
