I'm betting Friday night at the Valley.
And I'm up thanks to the last at Port Lincoln

Sometimes I wish I knew what goes through a jockeys head. You've got 1400m to get your horse in a spot where it can get a run. Sometimes it looks like the plan is nothing more than hope.
I've been fucked twice today by jockeys pulling up the horse because he can't find a run.
Fucking midget fluffybunnies.

I can barely buy a winner. Fuck me.
Thanks to News Girl for stopping a bad day being a disaster

Had a great weekend on the punt. Was down in Invercargill for the Invercargill Cup harness racing meeting. I was battling away, but then nabbed $2 worth of a quinella in a trot race, which paid $179. So my return of $358 (plus $10 each way on the 2nd horse) had me in profit for the rest of the day. Made a cool hundy on the Ascot Park Hotel pokies, then put on a quaddie bet at Motukarara this morning before jumping on the plane. Checked my account, and I'd turned $5 into $384, having included the $20 winner of the last leg based on its past form on the course.
$45 collect on Lotto too!

I did but only due to have $500 invested last year that I’ve just let roll. They are paying all out this time so it will actually feel like a much larger return than 45% given I have pretty much considered that initial $500 gone.
Yeah it’s not a great % return but it’s must be bloody awkward to punt such huge amounts on the skinny markets of the NZ tab.

and it's still profit!!
I think it is a really good initiative and will likely get on board next year, just to support it.
I see their Savabeel Colt is near to going through the ring. Hope that pays off. Would like to know how much they purchased the Weanling for.
