So noticeable that their kickers are running on to moving ball and kicking flat sliders into the corners. We kick when we have no options, are flat footed, kick from behind ruck and into the air. This almost our B Maori team - hardly a pointer of NZ rugby being at an all time low.

Because he was terrible in his first outing.
Yeah Ioane did at least kick the goal from in front of the posts.
Love is a better fullback at present, and those line breaks showed that.

Hope we get this right in the weekend. I would start Richie just for a kicking game in the first 40 minutes.

I would expect Ireland B to beat NZ Maori who aren’t exactly our B side.

Thats not the issue.
It's that for a second game in a row, a team which got trounced previously took a look at the team tactics and figured out a way, pretty easily, to completely reverse the result.
Whilst it looks like our team went out on the piss, signed a few autographs and turned up expecting the same old stuff would see them through.
In both game the Irish improved a lot & we realised we had no ability, or idea, to nullify them.
