Let's hope Moody's back to fitness will be good enough to make him a starter, as this would be a very positive sign for much important things to come. But this is doubtful for two reasons : 1) he looked very old in 2021 and was a shadow of his former self; 2) Bower has developed into a very good prop.

Which is why it was such a shame that he got injured this year because he was playing so much better. Back to carrying the ball and looking far more dynamic (plus holding up the scrum).

I like Bower off the bench for both the Saders and ABs because of his impact.

I know none of those names, can you tell me which one's are forwards so I know who they are before Ryan selects them in the ABs next year?

@Nepia Tahlor Cahill has a big future. A ginga lock who played for the NZ U19s (captain) and U20s this year despite not being selected for the Crusaders U20s. He spent his Y13 year at Hamilton BHS so maybe you saw him in the Super 8.

Joe Moody hoping injury woes behind him as he pushes for RWC

Moody said next year's tournament in France had been in the back of his mind as he recovered from the season-ending ruptured ACL he suffered in Super Rugby this year.
