considering the vast majority of the nation's starting All Blacks are playing, if this game lacks quality then we are fucked.
We still have all those Chiefs ABs to up the quality of our national side...
Yep, doing Mooloos quite a big disservice I think, Chiefs have 10, Crusaders 11, (Blues 13) and Chiefs have lots of potential future AB forwards such as Dyer, Norris, Thompson, McWhannell, even Ah Kauhoi, also Ratima/Roe in halves. Gideon Wrampling likely to be a future AB midfielder.
Ah yes, thank you for those names, the All Blacks are indeed in safe hands.

Crusaders: Will Jordan, Sevu Reece, Jack Goodhue, David Havili, Leicester Fainga’anuku, Richie Mo’unga, Bryn Hall, Cullen Grace, Tom Christie, Pablo Matera, Sam Whitelock, Scott Barrett (c), Oli Jager, Codie Taylor, George Bower.
Reserves: Brodie McAlister, Tamaiti Williams, Fletcher Newell, Quinten Strange, Corey Kellow, Mitch Drummond, Braydon Ennor, George Bridge.Corey Kellow on the bench? Who did they have there last week?
I have a vague recollection Kellow made the field. ... ???? Could be wrong though.

Yeah Kellow came on. Made a few tackles too in his short stint. Ran with the ball a couple of times.

Over 45,000 tickets have already been sold for the season finale of Super Rugby Pacific between the Blues and Crusaders on Saturday night - the first fixture to fill every seat at Eden Park since the opening Bledisloe Cup test last August - but this morning Eden Park Trust chief executive Nick Sautner told Newstalk ZB that the stadium has worked out a unique way to pack a few more fans in. "We've been working with the Blues and we've implemented a standing-room area on the field of play - something unique, given the demand for the event has been unprecedented," Sautner said. "This is a once-in-a-lifetime experience, 20 years since the Blues' last success in 2003 so we're just excited to be able to provide this limited area and opportunity for fans." The chance to watch a premier rugby event from the sidelines, surrounded by over 45,000 screaming rugby fans, can be taken up at midday today via the Ticketmaster website. Along with the sideline-based tickets, Sautner said that there would also be a limited release from the stadium's members and corporate areas.

@KiwiMurph that right there is very cool
and this an awesome response from the public too. Should be a good spectacle. Lets hope they actually make a bit of noise.

You’ll see fuck all, but still cool

@mariner4life just want a cracker of a game, no cards, just good rugby for everyone to enjoy and maybe reignite some peoples love of the game!
Might be a little damp underfoot, but not too bad.

Were nice and noisy for the Brumbies, I suspect there will be a bit more for the Crusaders!

@Nepia You need to forgive whoever it was that hurt you. Only then will you be free from the pain and will start to heal.
There's not enough therapy in the world that can reverse the effects of 12 months of living in Christchurch.

I hear you.
I lived in Sydney in the early 2000s...
I'm still scarred and bitter 😳 -

Although it was a bit wet this autumn and it's unseasonably cold at the moment.

Actually, judging from this pic from the Captain's run posted today, I'd say yes.

I want to see a date mark on that photo or else this is just another Blues social media stunt
