All joking aside, he is a pretty good ref to get to this level.
People sometimes forget that even if a ref seems like a donkey, they have risen to the top through being better than others at each level they come through.

Yes I don't doubt it. Still it is worthwhile having a quick look. Maybe the TMO did before the conversion was taken.
