Hall's decision making at the ruck was poor too. Plenty of tight forwards near him lining up to take a flat ball, instead he passed wide.

All joking aside, he is a pretty good ref to get to this level.
People sometimes forget that even if a ref seems like a donkey, they have risen to the top through being better than others at each level they come through.
