That was bullshit. They drop it, Angus dreams up a penalty.
To be fair to Gardner the touchies are often calling the offsides and I'm pretty sure he got the call for that one. He also made a good call with Eklund which the TMO was wanting a penalty.
The crowd called a few for him too

Probably a typo and was meant to be 66 mins
He did exactly what was expected. MacDonald said before the match that he expected a good hour out of him before he 'falls off a cliff'. Aussie coverage gave him man of the match
Yes it was almost70mins

@Daffy-Jaffy This something wrong with a game plan if that’s a tackle count. We have to start keeping possession and not giving it away.

Not the gameplan, poor refereeing.

@Kirwan OK. I didn’t see the game because flosports for some reason is missing some of the games. Still we saw this with the ABs and worthless kicking the ball away which surely can not all be attributed to the ref.
We weren’t doing that.

Don't be surprised if this force team take longer to break down than people are expecting. They have a hard working, nuggety pack with 4 internationals in the tight five. Even when out classed, and giving up early leads, they tend to hang close to teams and still be in games into the last quarter.
Just look at last year. The Blues smashed them in the first half then let the foot off the gas. The Force won the second half 21-3
Blues only lost second half 10-0. But song basically remained the same!

@African-Monkey He's only 20 so far from the finished article.
According to his stats a centimetre shorter than Read, which looks about right.
He doesn't look fast enough to be a 7 to me, so pack a bit of weight on him and play him as a 6/8.
I think he'll end up an Ethan Blackadder/Luke Jacobson type loosie ie, can cover all 3 backrow positions. Agree with you even at 108KG he doesn't seem quick enough to be a 7. Also looks like he'll put on 5KG without sacrificing mobility.
