Canterbury team to play Ta$man in Friday's preseason game:
Jesus that is a white team, particularly the forward pack. Are we back in the 80s ????
80s South Africa maybe

@MN5 Not defensive. Was just wondering why you would make such a comment. On the Fern you never know how people mean things they post, not being able to see facial expressions or hear a voice/intonation.
I wouldn’t take anything I post particularly seriously. No one else does

Ngani Laumape back as Brett Cameron signs with the Hurricanes for 2 years

@Chris Solid signing for the Canes but I'm not sure if he'll start.
Awesome if Ngani's signing eventuates. The All Black's need someone who can get over the advantage line and he will definitely provide that, more so than anyone in NZ atm.

@Canes4life he b at blues anyway

@Chris if the Canes sign Ngani, then that will shut the door on Jordie Barrett at 12.
Looks like it although when Jordie joined the AB camp he was talking about concentrating on FB,probaly after Foster go into his head.

On the Brett Cameron signing, the Canes are starting to build some nice depth in their backs. I hope we focus on getting some good tight forwards though because having a good backline doesn't mean much when you don't have the ball.

Good to see Messam go around again. Only 1 game away from playing his 100th for Waikato.
Do you get any perks if you play 100 games for Waikato?
It's been a while since I heard this, so I might be wrong, but I think if you play 100 games for Auckland you get lifetime tickets to Auckland home games. If you play 150, you also get your own parking spot at Eden Park.
i could have answered your question but unfortunately finished a 100 games short

good for Ngani to come back, he seems to have gotten better in his absence...

At this point, it's just speculation from a Manawatu sports writer.
-
@Stargazer my comment was tongue in cheek given a few comments about needing him in the ABs when he has been found wanting more often than not...gets better the longer he doesnt play!
-
@taniwharugby If you read some of the comments on that article, his return would be the 2nd coming of the 2nd coming.
