But what a fuckibg bizarre final over.

Something like
Wide
Missed run out lobbing it over the bowlers head
Wide
Missed run out ... sort of ... bowler in front of stumps missed on first swipe at bails then got them with the second and batter short (on replay ... i thought she ws at the time) but noone appeals so doesnt go upstairs
Dropped on the boundary and it goes for 4
Single?
Single
Single

Might have missed a ball or two and got mixed up but it looked like they were trying to lose it the Windies -

Jeez -there was some terrible cricket in those last few overs - especially the two set batsmen hitting consecutive balls down deep cover's throat.

Unbeaten in the round robin we go 0/2 in the semis.

(And nobody mention Linda Lovelace!) :)
-

[Pedant] First wicket was a leftie so it was deep square leg, or a squarish midwicket[/pedant] (sorry if that messes with your punchline ... ) -

West Indies get home with some huge Simmons and Russell hitting - Simmons twice caught off no-balls, added insult to injury the 2nd time by smashing the free hit for 6. Chasing 10/11/12 per over is a lot easier when you can smash regular 6s ..........

Wow, have to say I was NOT expecting the White Ferns to choke like that after they have batted so well in the tournament.

Thrilled for the Windies men, haha suck on that India.

But now the Windies have the chance to take the men's and women's double. Whoda thunk that?!
-

April fools..
