This can only be put down to lack of preparation, either/or actual physical practice, or mental.
This is going to be one of the biggest upsets in the history of test cricket.
Not doing the the hard yards through the 4 days,
Bangladesh kept their intensity up we just went through the motions for too many sessions. -

Whatever the result, I would drop Jamieson for Henry, and Southee for Patel for the second test.
Before the usual Southee suspects get all wound up; if you can be left out of a team after taking ten wickets, you certainly can be left out of a team after bowling over after over of military medium right arm mince and cheese. Ditto Jamieson.

Good call, Henry on Hagley Oval he has bowled well there on his home ground.
