Website hosting - looking for options

Given some of you do this shit for a living, I thought this might be a good place to ask.
TL;DR - need to move a rugby club website away from my own ISP to somewhere with:
- website ~200MB (current 130MB)
- Email hosting - with easy Gmail integration preferably
- Domain Hosting
- Domain Registration
Need to know costs as well.
I built our rugby club's website back in 2007 and hosted it with my own ISP, not knowing any better, and always planning to move it somewhere indendent later on. 14 years later, it is still there, along with domain hosting record and email services.
I had my mobile phones (me + 2 kids) with the ISP as well until the silly buggers moved from Optus to Telstra, but that's another story of our national carrier's fucked coverage...
So as I'm moving the mobiles out, and the Club President has the shits that he can't set up email forwarding correctly via gmail it is time to move out the other things (that way if I need to move ISPs, it is easy).
Site is only about 130MB all told and currently WordPress - I figured that was the best way to give others the ability to update rather than me writing HTML/PHP The only dynamic content is really the club's records (committee, matches, players, etc) which I update using my own PHP / MySQL code. Really just a point of presence; like a lot of clubs, we do all our active shit via Social Media.
I looked at Google hosting but they don't seem to host .net.au domains, which is a bit of a bummer as their email is easy for our guys to understand.

Nothing is more permanent than a temporary fix.
I'm with Netregistry. No compelling reason thus far to switch to anyone else.

Especially when you forgot that you registered the .net.au with your Sole Trader ABN back in 2007 and now you need to change the domain type to .org.au
Club is NFP Incorporated so we've avoided getting an ABN to date.

I would suggest this hosting company can provide what you are looking for:
They are both WordPress specialists and based in Australia so will definitely be able to host a .net.au domain.
Not sure if they do domain registration but you can do that via another service.

Yeah I'm discovering all the shit I set up by accident years ago with my ISP (Exetel), and how many bits I need to do
Website hosting - I've decided to go with HostPapa as they seemed to fit what I needed, but it is becoming clear I have no fucking idea what I'm doing We'll give it three years and see
My issue now is transferring the other shit, with the goal of getting it the fuck outta my ISP to be independent:
Domain Hosting - currently the ISP does this for me, so I need to move this out. I might temporarily leave this with Exetel to make sure the new host works and then move it.
Domain Registration - again, with the ISP
Email Hosting - I assume this comes along once the domains are updatedSo many layers...

@nta late to the party, but if you like getting your hands dirty
I do not
I think I eventually got there. Looks like mail is working which is the big one. A few nervous moments as the site shit itself in the DNS changeover, and then they'd changed all the MySQL details without telling me.
I learned a lot. Mostly that I enjoy my day job fucking around with data than running web things.
