Haha that was as bad as they come when it comes to run outs.

Saffas got a lot closer than I expected when I went to bed.
They had a chance at a caught and bowled in the 2nd to last over, that could have tipped the balance their way.
England delivered the Windies an absolute pasting - despite losing 4 wickets getting past the Windies mid-50s effort.
Early days - but, ball has dominated bat.

Holy Cow, Marty! Pakistan thumps India by 10 wickets!
Bangladesh had Sri Lanka on the ropes in the earlier game, but dropped a couple of catches and mucked around trying for cheap overs when they should have used Shakib to go for the throat. Momentum shifted quickly and they lost.

Omg our big games are going to be at 3am. That's a hell of a time for a T20 to start.

What an abomination of a draw/schedule. Our first game is v Pakistan (their second game) yet there are an even number of teams (6) in the group.
We could have really done with those 5 abandoned matches.
Pakistan will be happy beating their mortal enemy but after abandoning our tour there, they will be really hungry for 2 wins from 2.
3am start is diabolical though -

I've heard Gary Stead and Kane Williamson talking up the relationship between the two sides. I think it'll probably be fine in the long run, but at the moment they're either just saying the 'right things' for the media, or they're very naïve...

I’m pretty happy to hold the most important trophy. Anything else is a bit of a bonus, nothing more.

I’m pretty happy to hold the most important trophy. Anything else is a bit of a bonus, nothing more.
I'm still fucking furious about the CWC and the test championship did nothing to subdue that. It was the biggest farce I've ever seen in an international sporting event. We have a world class team and we deserve to hold both trophies not just one.
