Now the flurry appears. So is it a bad pitch that they're finally in on, or is it just showing how pedestrian we've been... I suppose we find out in the second innings. Getting close to 160 would help.

160 on the cards. Keep hitting it.

It's a pretty slow pitch and Namibia bowled well for the first 15 overs, but they've lost their way here

At least two more of those would be useful in the last four balls of the innings...

Try bowling inside the wide lines and you won't get called, Nasser.

163 feels like about a par score, but I'll take that after the top 4 had a nice ODI hit out in the sun.

Good finish on a pretty slow pitch. Bowlers have no excuses to not defend that total.

Good effort by Neesham and Phillips in the end there after a sluggish first 16 or so overs.

Should be able to defend this.

Smit’s economy rate in that last over wasn’t too bad, 18 runs off 10 balls πŸ˜‰

yep i still feel that is an accurate assessment even though a tough pitch, hoping our spinners are miserly

Milne is a curious selection in the UAE for mine. We have one too many pace bowlers - and Jamieson can bat and field well if Milne is going to get hit around... Though I'd probably still have Siefert in for Milne.

A big game looms for Sodhi and Santner.

What we are seeing is just how much our top six fluffed around in not getting the innings going until the very end.

Neesh the early saviour with the ball too. Where's @Chris-B when you need him? πŸ™‚
