Toutai Kefu has finished piecing together a competitive 'Ikale Tahi squad for the Spring Tour. Featuring players from 10 countries, a mix of young and experienced with 10 new caps, this squad will face Scotland, England, French Barbarians and Romania. Missing many new caps from July because of the MIQ rules in NZ, this gives these players a chance to put their best foot forward for 2023
