Ngatai has been ruled out of Friday night's Super Rugby clash with the Waratahs due to his concussion.

If Tamanivalu is also unavailable the only option in the midfield is Horrell-ALB. Beaver onto the bench. I'm not sure they would risk starting Vaka at centre.

Sam Whitelock has been ruled out of Saturday night's game v the Blues. So that will be a Romano-Barrett combo.

It will be harder if Codie Taylor is ruled out, too (still uncertain). Ben Funnell is still recovering from a hamstring injury, so that would mean Ged Robinson to start. Who's their 4th hooker?
-

Seemed like you were saying that's what happened to Guildford.

I think the important thing for young guys these days is coming into a good team culture and having good role models within the team. Having guys like Cane and Cruden setting the example for kids like McKenzie and Seu at the Chiefs or Read and Ellis setting the example for kids like Mo'unga and Barrett at the Saders and so on.

I think he's good at Super level and excellent at ITM cup level. The joke last weekend was that Guildford never performed for the Saders (due to obvious reasons) and then stuck the boot in by scoring the try that denied the Saders their precious bonus point :)

I thought he delivered for the Saders at times but Blackadder's weak attack didn't really help him a lot of the time (or many Saders backs). And while I found the twist of fate pretty funny too, I thought I saw someone say that the Saders were making Guildford look good, which is what seemed silly to me.
-

NGBABJM or CMABGBWJM?

I'll likely forget what those are later.... -

Jaguares down to 13 men for the whole 2nd half but the Kings still not looking like winning.

-

The kings eventually put the 12 men Jaguares to win 29-22.

Killed my multi already, pretty sure they were under $1.10 faves too, especially annoying as i tipped the tahs and canes which shot up the multiplayer!

The word bin is taken quite literally in Port Elizabeth, I see:

Partly their own I'll discipline but also because they play in the South African conference with mainly South African refs.

Haven't yet watched the game last night so can't comment on those decisions -

This how South Africa's Super Sport described the red cards:

http://www.supersport.com/rugby/super-rugby/news/160527/Kings_win_as_Jaguares_see_red

The first red came as Thomas Lavanini charged into a ruck without arms and shoulder-charged Schalk Oelofse. With the recycled ball kicked cross field by Nicolas Sanchez for Emilliano Bofelli to collect and score, it looked as if the Jaguares were on the scoreboard for the first try.

But in a controversial decision the TMO, Marius Jonker, called the ref's attention to the shoulder charge, with referee Bryant suggesting a red for an incident that didn’t look that serious, nor worthy of the sanction it received.

A few minutes later Ramiro Herrera went in with his shoulder to the head of Steven Sykes, who was lying on the floor at the ruck and considering the fact that the previous incident was deemed red, it left Bryant with no option but to give the red a second time (although this time deservedly so).
